So, I have always wondered this among those poets that lay hidden around us. So my question to you all is...

My muse is life, everything that happens to me and how I feel about, what I see and what I do, what affects me in any way shape or form. Some are things that no one really notices and others are blatenly obvious.

I partially agree with Sarah, though, personally, my emotions have a great part to play in my inspiration. Like lately, I've been very depressed, and though I wanted to write, because it helps me when I'm upset, I just wasn't inspired to, and I really think that it was because I was depressed.

I don't know, I get inspired to write when I'm depressed,... it just doesn't sound the best. When you're depressed you have to pinpoint one of the things that set you that way and imbelish it or... ummm... bring it out in the open, but you don't think you can, you hide its meaning alittle, so it could say more than one thing.

happiness, anger, depression, calm, whatever the case may be. Your muse can lay hidden within anything. Thats the way I see it, tho my best stuff comes from right after i wake up in the morning. (Cerebilium(sp?)for example.)
